Project: Roof and rear extensions plus interior alterations to a Victorian terrace

The project for this unmodernized four-storey Victorian house in Little Venice consists of an additional floor at roof level to provide three new bedrooms and a lower ground floor extension housing a generous contemporary family kitchen and dining room with a direct connection to the garden.

In addition to adding valuable space, the project aims improve building performance alterations to the fabric of the building, improve usability by integrating new services and provision at each level and reinstate the formal grand rooms of the main floors, refurbishing original features of the building.
